Boise Bikram Yoga, boise bikram collective, boise hot yoga

PREPARE

Arrive early, well-hydrated and on an empty stomach. Bring lightweight workout clothing and a change of clothes. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. You can rent towels and mats from Studio Move.

ETIQUETTE

Please keep the hot room a quiet zone. We do encourage socializing in other areas however. Listen carefully to instructors to learn new things. Practicing etiquette is also part of the Yoga Jedi training of the mind. This (raja) yoga aspect will train your mind to become your best friend once again instead of your worst enemy.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

See how good you can feel with our TWO WEEKS for $40 intro deal! Take as many classes as you'd like.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We promote the amazing style of yoga known as Bikram Yoga. We are completely independant and have no association with Bikram Choudhury and his organization. He receives no money from us.  Our sole purpose is to offer an effective healing method for people to learn how to heal themselves.

Excuse #1:

“I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible enough for that”

– Umm… yeah, we do yoga to become flexible, among many other excellent benefits.

Remember that yoga is not so much about becoming able to touch your toes,

but what you learn on the way down.

Excuse #2:

“I’m too old for Bikram Yoga”

– Take a look at Emmy Cleaves. She’s in her mid 90s and able to kick your butt because she never believed such a thing…

We offer both 90 (traditional) and 60 min versions.

You can register and book a class right here
