First Time?
PREPARE
Arrive early, well-hydrated and on an empty stomach. Bring lightweight workout clothing and a change of clothes. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle. You can purchase water, and/or rent towels and mats
ETIQUETTE
Please keep the hot room a quiet zone. We do encourage socializing in other areas however. Listen carefully to instructors to learn new things. Practicing etiquette is also part of the Yoga training of the mind. This (raja) yoga aspect will train your mind to become your best friend once again instead of your worst enemy.
